Odell Beckham Jr. plans to keep wearing his expensive Richard Mille watch during Browns games despite the NFL warning the club it violates the rule for wearing a hard object during a game, Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

More than anything, Beckham was dismayed that critics — and the NFL — are singling him out for wearing the watch during Sunday’s loss to the Titans just because of who he is.

“I’m here to play football,’’ he said Tuesday. “I would love for them to talk about football and what I do on the field, if I messed up on the field or if I didn’t do well on the field, talk about my performance. Don’t talk about any extracurricular, that’s just it. If anybody else would’ve worn the watch, or if it was a $20 watch, it wouldn’t have been no problem.’’

He lamented the fact that if it were Tom Brady or another big-name player, it would fly under the radar.

The watch, an orange RM 11-03 Automatic Flyback Chronograph McLaren, was purchased for $189,500 at the Los Angeles Richard Mille boutique, company spokesperson Laura Hughes said.

Beckham tweeted Monday night, “If it ain’t one thing…it’s another.’’
