The Cincinnati Bengals have added a linebacker in the second week of free agency, Tyler Dragon of the Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

According to a source, Baltimore Ravens free-agent inside linebacker Josh Bynes agreed to terms on a one-year deal with the Cincinnati Bengals on Tuesday evening.

NFL Network was the first to report the news.

The agreement came minutes after Bengals free-agent inside linebacker Nick Vigil agreed to head west to the Los Angeles Chargers.

Bynes should be able to help fill the void left by Vigil. The 10-year NFL veteran started seven games for Baltimore last season. He compiled 46 tackles, two interceptions and one sack in 2019. His experience should bode well in a thin linebacker room.
