By now, we all know the Patriots will look different in 2020. The roster will already be without the likes of Tom Brady, Stephen Gostkowski, Kyle Van Noy and Jamie Collins. As it turns out, the team will literally look different this fall, Mark Daniels of the Providence Journal reports.

The Patriots will be changing their uniforms this offseason, The Providence Journal confirmed. We’re told that there won’t be a drastic change and there will be no changes to the Patriots current logo. The team will unveil the new uniforms on their social media platforms next month.

Julian Edelman tipped us all off about a potential Patriots uniform change. He posted a photoshopped picture on his Twitter Instagram account on March 13 that read, “Hearing rumors about new jerseys...” The picture was of himself in an old-school Drew Bledsoe jersey from the 1990′s. Those jerseys were a brighter shade of blue.

This offseason has seen a lot of changes across the NFL. The Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers have both changed their team logos. The Patriots will be one of four teams changing their uniforms along with the Atlanta Falcons, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Cleveland Browns, according to the Associated Press. The AP also reports that the Indianapolis Colts will tweak their logo and uniform.
