The Chicago Bears and Arizona Cardinals hold the first and third overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, respectively. But those two potential franchise-changing selections may be available for the right price.

Since Chicago already has a young quarterback in Justin Fields, many believe they’ll end up trading the top selection to a QB-needy team. And the Cardinals, who have their own franchise quarterback in Kyler Murray, are reportedly open to dealing the No. 3 pick, Alex Hoegler of Total Pro Sports reports.

Speaking on “NFL Total Access”, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that Arizona GM Monti Ossenfort is “open for business” with the third overall selection. Rapoport also wouldn’t rule out the possibility of the top three picks being quarterbacks.

The Houston Texans hold the No. 2 selection and feel like a safe bet to take a quarterback. Alabama’s Bryce Young and Ohio State’s C.J. Stroud are widely considered to be the two best quarterbacks in this draft, with Kentucky’s Will Levis also in the mix to be a top-five pick.

The Indianapolis Colts hold the No. 4 pick and are also likely to take a quarterback with their first-round selection. Of course, there’s a chance that one or two teams will jump ahead of Indy in the top three before GM Chris Ballard can get the quarterback of his liking.
