The Texans are signing former Bills running back Devin Singletary and former Cowboys tight end Dalton Schultz, Brooks Kubena of the Houston Chronicle reports. This according to a person with knowledge of the information.
Singletary, 25, joins the Texans after spending four seasons in Buffalo. Singletary rushed for 819 yards and five touchdowns last season.
The Texans needed to add depth to the running back room after Dameon Pierce totaled the majority of snaps in 2022. General manager Nick Caserio also signed former Broncos running back Mike Boone last week.
Schultz, 26, spent five seasons with the Cowboys and totaled 57 catches for 577 yards and five TDs last season.
Schultz will be expected to push for the starting position, joining Brevin Jordan and Teagan Quitoriano.
