Josh Jacobs has not signed his $10.091 million franchise tag.  The Raiders could rescing the tag or trade the disgruntled running back.  Reportedly Jacobs will report prior to Week 1 of the regular season but his status is up in the air.  The Raiders could sweeten his one-year contract such as Saquon Barkley did with the Giants but no such deal appears to be on the horizon.
 
 According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, the Raiders have no interest in trading Jacobs.  
 
 If the Raiders were interested in trading Jacobs, he would need to sign his franchise tender.
