The Tennessee Titans still haven't made a decision about quarterback Ryan Tannehill's status for Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons, leaving the door open for the Titans to start any of the three signal callers they have on roster.

Last week, Titans coach Mike Vrabel said the team would turn to either Malik Willis or Will Levis if Tannehill is unable to go, but a healthy Tannehill is the Titans' starter. Tuesday, Vrabel updated on where things stand in the quarterback room after a weekend off.

Vrabel said Willis and Levis are anticipated to go if Tannehill can't, Nick Suss of The Tennessean reports.

Tannehill left the Titans' Week 6 game against the Baltimore Ravens on crutches and with a boot on his right ankle after spraining that ankle in the second half. Willis, the second-year passer who the Titans picked in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft, came in in relief for two drives, completing 4 of his 5 passes for 74 yards and running three times for 17 yards but also taking four sacks.
