The struggles of Mac Jones might be overshadowing the kicker issues New England also faces this season. And amid Chad Ryland missing his sixth field goal — a potential game-tying 35-yarder against the New York Giants — the Patriots brought in a slew of kickers Tuesday, Lauren Campbell of Masslive reports.

According to ESPN’s Mike Reiss, five kickers visited Foxborough, Mass. for a tryout. Tanner Brown, Parker White, Matthew McCrane, John Parker Romo and B.T. Potter were all hosted by the Patriots. It’s unclear if any of the five will sign with the team.

The Patriots elected to stick with the rookie Ryland after drafting him this year over veteran Nick Folk. New England traded Folk to the Tennessee Titans, and the 38-year-old has had a run of success in field goals and PATs.
