The Chargers have opened wide receiver Josh Palmer's 21-day practice window according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.

Palmer was placed on injured reserve in early November with a knee sprain. Head coach Brandon Staley said Palmer, who functioned as the team’s No. 2 receiver behind Keenan Allen, would return at some point this season. It appears Palmer could be back in action over the next couple weeks, barring any setbacks.

Palmer averaged 84 receiving yards per game from Week 3-7 and would be a locked-in WR3 option in 12-team fantasy leagues. QB Justin Herbert definitely needs the speedster back ASAP as the only reliable wideout he currently has is Allen and the Chargers are in grave danger of falling out of the playoff picture.
