The Tennessee Titans have hired Nick Holz to be their new offensive coordinator according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.

Holz was Jacksonville’s passing game coordinator in 2023 and has experience as UNLV’s OC. The Jaguars pass game was underwhelming for much of the 2023 season, and it’s unclear if Holz will call plays for the Titans, or if new head coach Brian Callahan will take on those duties. It’s clear that the Titans — who under Mike Vrabel were one of the NFL’s run heaviest teams — will be more balanced or perhaps pass heavy in 2024.
