The Eagles have made a trade to bring in another cornerback to the roster, Chris Franklin of NJ Advance Media reports.

The team announced it traded Jameson Houston and a 2023 sixth-round pick to the Jacksonville Jaguars for cornerback Josiah Scott.

Scott, a 5-foot-9-inch cornerback, was the Jaguars’ fourth-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. Scott played in six games last season, collecting 11 total tackles. He was also targeted in pass coverage seven times, allowing six completions for 77 yards.

Houston played in three games late in the 2020 season for the Eagles. Added to the Eagles practice squad last season, Houston saw the most action in the season finale against the Washington Football Team.
