The Cardinals will be without head coach Kliff Kingsbury for Sunday's game in Cleveland after he tested positive for Covid, Darren Urban of the team's official website reports.

Also testing positive -- and missing the game -- were quarterbacks coach Cam Turner and defensive lineman Zach Allen.

In Kingsbury's place, defensive coordinator Vance Joseph -- who was previously head coach in Denver -- and assistant head coach/special teams coordinator Jeff Rodgers will split head coaching duties, with other assistants filling duties where needed.

The Cardinals were already without linebacker Chandler Jones, who was put on the Covid list on Tuesday.

Last season, Darrell Bevell, then interim head coach of the Lions, missed a game in December as a close contact requirement.
