Source: Cardinals working out Willie Snead with Antoine Wesley sidelined with hip injury

The Arizona Cardinals are working out veteran wide receiver Willie Snead on Thursday, Aaron Wilson of Pro Football Network reports.  This according to a league source. Cardinals wide receiver Antoine Wesley landed on his hip at practice and is out for one to two weeks, per a league source.
 
 The former Ball State standout has played for the Las Vegas Raiders, Baltimore Ravens, New Orleans Saints, Carolina Panthers and Cleveland Browns.
 
 Snead, 29, (5-foot-11, 195 pounds) recently tried out for the Houston Texans. In 2015 with the Saints, he caught 69 passes for a career-high 984 yards and three touchdowns in 15 games and eight starts. Snead caught 72 passes for 895 yards and four touchdowns in 2016.
 
 With the Baltimore Ravens in 2018, he caught 62 passes for 651 yards and one touchdown. In 2019, he caught 31 passes for 339 yards and five touchdowns. He signed with the Raiders last year, but was released and then joined the Panthers. He has 278 career receptions for 3,425 yards and 16 touchdowns.
