Despite clearing concussion protocol, Matthew Stafford has been ruled out for the Ram's Week 13 game against the Seahawks according to Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic.

Head coach Sean McVay announced that John Wolford will start on Sunday instead of Bryce Perkins, who was absolutely awful against the Chiefs in Week 12.  The Rams have little to play for and it has not exactly been much of a secret that they've contemplating shutting Stafford and the rest of their stars down for the season.

Rodrigue speculates that both Wolford and Perkins could play against the Seahawks, rendering them both pretty useless even in two-quarterback leagues.   Wolford has one touchdown in 78 career attempts and has taken six sacks. He did start against Week 13 opponent Seattle in the 2020 playoffs, earning a quarterback win despite attempting six passes and leaving with an injury.  Seattle's D/ST is a fine streaming option this week against whoever the Rams put at quarterback.
