The  New York Jets have ruled out veteran kicker Greg Zuerlein with a groin injury for Sunday's game against the Cowboys.

Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports the Jets are signing former Detroit Lions kicker Austin Seibert to kick in his place.

Seibert made 13-of-17 field-goal attempts across nine games and two years in Detroit.
