Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams left late in the 38-10 loss to the Buffalo Bills with a head injury and is being evaluated for a concussion.

In a first and ten from the Bills 38, Jimmy Garoppolo threw deep over the middle for Adams. Three defenders were in the area and the pass was broken up. At the same time, Taylor Rapp flew in and hit  Adams in the helmet.

Adams was able to get up after the hit but  the officials made him leave the field.  He was taken into the blue medical tent to be evaluated for a concussion.
