Giants running back Saquon Barkley helped his team complete a comeback win over the Cardinals Sunday, scoring twice.  But he did not finish the game, suffering what is being catergorized as an ankle injury after an awkward landing on a fourth-quarter tackle.  Barkley limped off the field.

Barkley went for X-rays on his ankle after the game and was in the locker room, almost despondent, amid the celebration, according to Ryan Dunleavy of The New York Post.

With the Giants playing the 49ers on Thursday, Barkley's status will have to be monitored depending on the severity of the injury.
