Detroit Lions Edge rusher James Houston fractured his ankle in the 37-31 loss against Seattle and could miss 6-8 weeks.  This according to NFL Network.  He will probably be placed on injured reserve.

Houston was a sixth round draft pick in 2022 and was cut coming out of camp and was signed to the practice squad.  The Lions elevated him for the Thanksgiving game and he ended up with eight sacks in seven games.
