Los Angeles Rams starting guard Jonah Jackson is expected to miss this preseason with a bruised scapula but has a chance to return for Week 1, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter on Wednesday.

This season will be Jackson's first with the Rams after he signed a three-year, $51 million contract as a free agent.
