The Kansas City Chiefs' struggling passing game appears to have taken a major hit on Sunday.
Second-year wide receiver Rashee Rice is feared to have suffered a serious knee injury, likely a torn ACL, that could cause him to miss the rest of the season, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapport reported on Sunday. Rice will undergo an MRI on Monday to determine the severity.
Rice was carted into the locker room after suffering a injury in the first half of Sunday's 17-10 win over the Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium.
Head coach Andy Reid told reporters following the game that the team is hoping for the best despite not expecting the news it wants.
