Haason Reddick has new representation in an attempt to find a solution to his lengthy holdout.

Reddick hired Drew Rosenhaus and Ryan Matha as his new agents, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reports via Kevin Patra of NFL.com.

Rapoport added that Rosenhaus plans to meet with the New York Jets before tonight's game against the Buffalo Bills to begin the process of resolving the situation and ending the holdout.

Since he was traded to New York from Philadelphia this offseason, Reddick has not reported to Florham Park after taking an initial physical. The Pro Bowl pass rusher, who has sought a multi-year contract that makes him one of the top-paid edge rushers, has racked up millions in fines for skipping training camp and preseason and extending his holdout into the regular season.

Jets owner Woody Johnson made a plea to Reddick to end his holdout last week following the firing of Robert Saleh.

Late last week, Reddick's previous agency, CAA, parted ways with the pass rusher. Rapoport reported on Sunday that a one-year reworked deal had been worked out with the Jets, but Reddick refused to sign it.
