The Minnesota Vikings put kicker Will Reichard on injured reserve Tuesday with a quad injury according to Ian Rapoport of NFL.com.

He’ll miss at least four games. The Vikings are signing John Parker Romo to replace Reichard as the kicker for the near-term. Reichard missed two kicks — his only two misses of the season — while trying to play through the quad injury on Sunday night. It was obvious that he was in pain on each backswing.
