The Tennessee Titans announced they have completed an interview with Green Bay Packers vice president of player personnel Jon-Eric Sullivan for their vacant general manager position, Nick Suss of The Tennessean reports.
Sullivan has worked more than two decades in Green Bay’s front office, working alongside Titans president of football operations Chad Brinker for about half that time. He took over as the team’s vice president of player personnel in 2022, having risen through the scouting ranks before achieving that title.
The son of long-time NFL receivers coach Jerry Sullivan, the younger Sullivan has worked in or alongside Green Bay’s front office since 2004. He rose to the role of director of college scouting in 2016, and in his first two years oversaw drafts that landed major contributors like Blake Martinez, Kenny Clark and Aaron Jones. He moved into a role as a co-director of player personnel in 2018 and was promoted to the vice president of that department in 2022.
