The New York Jets are finally starting to name some finalists regarding their front office makeover, Nick Wojton of Jets Wire reports.
After a report surfaced earlier on Monday that a second head coach interview will be conducted in New York, now one relating to their vacant general manager position has been noted as well.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Lance Newmark from the Washington Commanders will get the first crack at having a second conversation with the Jets regarding their GM search:
The update on Newmark comes just hours after it was reported that Detroit Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn will be the first coach to speak to New York for a second time. That’s regarding the Jets’ search for a head coach, which means we’re starting to see some finalists surface for positions.
