The Jacksonville Jaguars are planning to interview former Tennessee Titans general manager Jon Robinson for their vacant general manager position, Daniel Valente of theScore reports.  This according to Jonathan Jones of CBS Sports who cites sources.

Robinson spent seven seasons as the Titans' general manager but was let go after the 2022 season. The team produced a winning record in six of his seven seasons in Tennessee, racking up a 66-48 mark and four playoff appearances in that span. The Titans' lone losing season (7-10) under Robinson came in his final year as general manager.

The 49-year-old hasn't worked in an NFL front office since leaving Tennessee.

Jacksonville started its search for a general manager later than most other teams in the league after parting ways with Trent Baalke on Jan. 22. Baalke served in the Jaguars' front office since 2020 and held the general manager title from 2021 until the end of the 2024 season.

Chicago Bears assistant general manager Ian Cunningham and San Francisco 49ers executive Josh Williams are among other candidates in the running for the Jaguars' GM opening.
