As expected, the Seattle Seahawks have added two new coaches to their offensive staff: Rick Dennison and Justin Outten, Kole Musgrave of Seahawks Wire reports. Interestingly enough, both men were former offensive coordinators for the Denver Broncos at one point in their careers. Dennison will serve as Seattle’s run game coordinator and senior offensive advisor. Outten was hired to be a run game specialist and assistant offensive line coach.

Dennison has been a long time offensive coach with an extensive history with the Kubiak family. He was Gary Kubiak’s, Klint’s father, OC with the Houston Texans and Denver Broncos – helping to win Super Bowl 50 with the franchise. He was on Klint Kubiak’s staff with the New Orleans Saints last season, and will follow him to the Emerald City.

As for Outten, after one season as the Broncos offensive coordinator, he has spent the last two years in Tennessee as a tight ends coach, a running backs coach, and a run game coordinator.
