The Dallas Cowboys have re-signed wide receiver/return specialist KaVonte Turpin to a three-year, $18 million contract according to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.
This replaces the second-round tender the Cowboys gave Turpin last week. Turpin will reportedly be the “highest-paid special teams player in NFL history” — take that, Tremon Smith. He’ll likely be used as a gadget player in Brian Schottenheimer’s run-focused offense and should have some deeper league fantasy appeal given the current state of the Cowboys wideout depth chart.
