Defensive end Charles Omenihu is returning to the Kansas City Chiefs on a one-year deal worth a maximum of $7 million, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Omenihu, 27, played the past two seasons with Kansas City after signing as a free agent in 2023.
He missed the first six games of the 2023 season after being suspended by the NFL for a violation of the NFL's personal conduct policy. Omenihu was arrested in January of that year by police in San Jose, California, on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic assault.
