The Titans know who they're taking with the first overall pick, Jim Wyatt of the team's official website reports.
Now, it's just a matter of turning in the card in Thursday night's NFL Draft.
"We've come to a consensus, the entire organization," Titans General Manager Mike Borgonzi said during a Tuesday press conference. "(The plan) is to stay at that pick and I guess you'll find out Thursday night who we pick."
Borgonzi said "there was interest" from other teams regarding a trade.
"I thought that was doing our due diligence, and going through the process to listen to those offers," Borgonzi said. "And there were (offers). I don't want to go into specifics on what the offer was or what the teams were, but there were offers."
