On Tuesday, 20 clubs open the Organized Team Activities (OTAs) portion of the voluntary offseason workout program, Kevin Patra of NFL.com reports.

Those teams are: Atlanta Falcons, Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, Denver Broncos, Green Bay Packers, Kansas City Chiefs, Los Angeles Chargers, Los Angeles Rams, Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings, New York Giants, Philadelphia Eagles, Pittsburgh Steelers, San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Tennessee Titans.

An additional five teams will begin OTAs on Wednesday: Arizona Cardinals, Detroit Lions, Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts, and Washington Commanders. The seven clubs with new head coaches began OTAs last week.

The OTA schedule, lasting four weeks, kicks off Phase Three of the offseason program. Teams may conduct a total of 10 days of organized team practice activities. No live contact is allowed, but 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills are permitted.
