Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Davante Adams isn't expected to play in Week 5 against the Denver Broncos due to a hamstring injury, Brenden Deeg of theScore reports.  This according to Adam Schefter of ESPN, who cites sources.

Adams missed the Raiders' victory over the Cleveland Browns after suffering the injury in practice leading up to Sunday's contest and is reportedly week-to-week.

Trade speculation has surrounded Adams since the veteran wideout apparently told the Raiders he'd prefer if they dealt him. Head coach Antonio Pierce appeared to like an Instagram post on Monday mentioning Adams possibly playing his last snap with Las Vegas.

Multiple teams have reportedly contacted the Raiders about acquiring Adams, with the New York Jets and New Orleans Saints high on his wish list.

Adams spent eight seasons with Aaron Rodgers in Green Bay before playing the 2022 and 2023 seasons with Derek Carr in Las Vegas. Carr and Adams were also college teammates at Fresno State. The 31-year-old reportedly wants to play alongside a signal-caller he's familiar with.

The three-time first-team All-Pro signed a five-year, $140-million deal when Las Vegas acquired him in a trade from the Packers for first- and second-round picks. Adams has $44-plus million cap hits in 2025 and 2026, according to Over The Cap.
