Los Angeles Rams quarterback wants more guaranteed money in 2025.
Rams head coach Sean McVay was a guest Thursday on Schein on Sports on Sirius XM and McVay backed his veteran quarterback by saying, "We were taking it a year at a time, but as long as he wants to play, we're fortunate to have him as our quarterback."
After his 2022 season was cut short by injury, Stafford started again in 2023 and had a great year, completing 62.6% of his passes for 3,965 yards through the air, 24 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions.
The 36 year old Stafford has battled injuries during his career.
