The Titans agreed to terms with first-round draft pick Rashaan Evans, the 22nd overall pick out of Alabama, Jason Wolf of the Tennessean reports.

Evans, like all first-round picks, agreed to a four-year contract with a fifth-year team option. The specific dollar amount wasn’t disclosed, but because rookie contracts are slotted based on draft position, the inside linebacker was projected to receive an $11.7 million contract with a $6.59 million signing bonus, according to Forbes.

The 6-foot-3, 232-pound Evans led the Crimson Tide last season with 74 tackles and 13 tackles for loss in 12 games, despite playing through a groin injury. He recorded six sacks and three pass breakups and was named a second-team All-SEC pick.
