The NFL is investigating a deflated football used by the Steelers in the third quarter of Thursday's preseason game against the Eagles, Lauren Kirschman of Pennlive reports.  This according to Howard Eskin of WIP

Eskin was working as the sideline reporter for the Eagle's broadcast. He said he saw the football, which he described as looking "like a marshmallow." Mason Rudolph was playing quarterback for the Steelers at the time, Eskin reported.

In the 2015 AFC Championship game, the NFL investigated and concluded the Patriots used a deflated football in their victory. New England quarterback Tom Brady was suspended four games and the Patriots lost two draft picks and were fined $1 million.
