Los Angeles Rams No.2 quarterback Sean Mannion  "has struggled" all offseason and into training camp according to Vincent Bonsignore of The Athletic.

Those struggles were apparent for everyone to see in Thursday night's preseason loss to the Baltimore Ravens.  Mannion got the start, played the entire first half, and was dreadful while completing 3-of-13 passes for 16 yards and one interception. The Rams rested all of their offensive starters, giving Mannion's group plenty of run, but Mannion flopped miserably.  Originally a third-round pick out of Oregon State in 2015, Mannion has started one NFL game in three years and has flopped miserably in each preseaon.  While 2016 No.1-overall pick Jared Goff has an iron grip on the starting job, the Rams' backup QB position is a major area of concern should Goff get hurt.
