The Houston Texans would be "stunned" if wide receiver Will Fuller was not fully ready to go by Week 1 of the regular season according to Drew Dougherty of houstontexans.com.

Fuller was limited to seven games in 2018 after tearing his ACL and has yet to play a full 16-game season in the NFL.  Coach Bill O'Brien said there is a "chance" that Fuller will be ready for training camp, and every report during Fuller's rehab has been positive thus far. Of course, teams are almost always optimistic about their players' recovery times, but Fuller would be 10 months removed from his surgery if he's back for Week 1, which gives him a month of wiggle room on the standard nine-month recovery timeline.  The trick will be to figure out how to keep the talented but fragile wideout on the field.
