Miami Dolphins have signed linebacker Lee Robinson to a futures contract, bringing the former CFL player to training camp, Omar Kelly of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports.
Robinson, who was last in the NFL with the Denver Broncos in 2010, playing in three games before spending the past two seasons with the Edmonton Eskimos as a defensive end.
Last season Robinson tallied six tackles and two sacks before being played on the Eskimos injuries reserve because of a quad injury.
Before joining the CFL this former Alcorn State standout spent time on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Arizona Cardinals practice squad.
