New England will be part of the NFL’s annual Thanksgiving lineup in 2022 as they’ll travel to Minnesota to face the Vikings, Matt Vautour of Masslive reports.
According to the Boston Herald’s Karen Guregian, the Patriots and Vikings will play the primetime game at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis. It’s New England’s first appearance on Thanksgiving since beating the Jets in 2012.
Guregian tweeted:
“Per source, the Patriots will be playing on Thanksgiving this year in a prime-time game Week 12 against the Vikings.”
Traditionally, that’s an 8:20 p.m. kickoff on NBC. Thanksgiving falls on November 24 this year.
