After a quarter of a century, it's time to cease publishing the website.  I just cant continue to fund the site at a cost of $300-$400 per month which is what I've been doing over that last 5 months.  

I had an inquiry about buying the website and would be receptive to interest.  I'm not looking to make much money and I have no idea what would be a fair price.  I would love the site to continue after putting all the work into building it and maintaining it. It needs someone much younger who has the time and energy to put into finind advertising partners and build up the site.  If you are interested you can contact me at dmaier1317@gmail.com.  I would be willing to help transition to new ownership.

I will miss certain aspects of the website but won't miss waking up at 4 am to update it.  One last word for everyone who has visited the site, Thank you!  You made my time and effort seem worthwhile.
