Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown exited Thursday’s Thanksgiving game against the Green Bay Packers with an injury in the first quarter, prompting much concern.
St. Brown, one of the highest-paid non-quarterbacks in the NFL and certainly one of the top players in his position, was likely keen on making an impact in what’s a crucial divisional matchup. However, he was forced into the locker room after getting rolled up on by two of his teammates while attempting to make a block midway through the period.
He received attention on the field and eventually limped off to the locker room. You could see the exact moment the injury occurred right below:

St. Brown was later ruled questionable with an ankle injury.
The Lions, meanwhile, have struggled with him off the field and were down 10-0 early in the second quarter at the time of writing.
St. Brown, who trended for his “Trump Dance” while President Donald Trump was in attendance at a recent game, is Detroit’s best receiver. They will hope he doesn’t remain out very long.
