CBS Sports commentator Tony Romo couldn’t hide his distaste for the Pittsburgh Steelers’ issues on offense during their ugly 26-7 home loss to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.
Three days after calling the Dallas Cowboys-Kansas City Chiefs Thanksgiving game, Tony Romo and Jim Nantz traveled north to call the Steelers-Bills game at Acrisure Stadium. What should have been a thrilling contest between two MVP-winning quarterbacks, however, turned out to be a snoozefest for non-Bills fans.
Pittsburgh finished with only nine first downs and 166 yards of offense, per ESPN.
With the Steelers sleepwalking their way through Sunday’s pivotal clash, Tony Romo called out their “horrendous” execution on this snap that lost valuable yardage:

Some disgruntled fans have called for CBS to fire Tony Romo, believing that his performance in the booth has regressed considerably. But we’re sure some Steelers fans appreciate Romo calling out the Pittsburgh offense on Sunday, because that was a downright embarrassing effort on Sunday.
And from Romo’s perspective, he was obviously hoping to call a much more exciting game at Acrisure Stadium.
