Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur was in no mood to talk to Ben Johnson after Sunday’s loss to the Chicago Bears.
When he was hired as the new Bears’ head coach last year, Ben Johnson memorably said that he likes beating Matt LaFleur’s Packers twice a year. Well, LaFleur got the first laugh today with a 28-21 win over Chicago that put Green Bay back atop first place in the NFC North.
As you can see in the clip below, LaFleur wanted to make the postgame with Johnson as short and sweet as possible:

Mr. Johnson may soon learn the hard way that being the offensive coordinator of the Lions and the head coach of the Bears are two different things. As noted by ESPN Madison, LaFleur owns a 12-1 record against Chicago.
The one loss came in Week 18 of last year, when Green Bay had a playoff spot locked up anyway.
The Packers and Bears will square off one more time at Soldier Field in Week 16. Note that it’s a Saturday game on Dec. 20 at 8:20 p.m. EST.
