NFL Fans Want The Cincinnati Bengals Investigated Immediately

Tee Higgins’ concussion issues have put the Cincinnati Bengals under pressure. The star receiver is back in the NFL’s concussion protocol, and fans are demanding answers. Higgins played on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills after passing two concussion checks during the game, but later reported symptoms, which caused real concern online.
He had already suffered a head injury on November 23 against the Patriots. Even so, the Bengals cleared him to play against the Bills, where he finished with 92 yards and two touchdowns. During the game, he went to the medical tent twice, especially after a rough play, which was not at all looking good for him.
According to the NFL and NFLPA, Higgins passed all in-game tests, but he didn’t mention symptoms until after the game during his final medical review.
The league released a joint statement that said, “Tee Higgins was evaluated twice in game and cleared to return. After the game, in discussion with club medical personnel as part of a postgame evaluation, he notified the team he was experiencing symptoms and was immediately placed in the concussion protocol.”
Fan Outrage Grows Over Higgins’ Condition

Fans reacted fast and slammed the Bengals for how they handled Higgins’ health. Many said the team put him at risk.

Another said, “Was saying this watching live… total malpractice from whoever was responsible,” a second fan commented. “Unless the poor visibility at the game (I heard it was terrible) affected their ability to effectively perform concussion spotting, there is simply no excuse for allowing Tee to remain out there.”

A third fan added, “Those hits look absolutely brutal. Heartbreaking to see Tee Higgins take that kind of punishment and still get back out there. Player safety has to come first.”

Several fans said they want Higgins to sit out this week when the Bengals play the Ravens, although according to doctors, he is done for the season. However, he shouldn’t push himself to play again, as it could make his injury worse.
Higgins has been tremendous for Cincinnati and is still an important part of the offense. But the complaints keep growing, and the NFL should take a closer look at what happened on Sunday. For now, it’s important that Higgins heals properly and doesn’t rush back before he’s ready.
