It’s the dream of every sports fan to appear on live television during a game. But one Baltimore Ravens got his few seconds of fame in a not-so-desirable way.

The Baltimore Ravens have been one of football’s biggest disappointments in 2025. Lamar Jackson suffered a hamstring injury in Week 4 against the Kansas City Chiefs, causing him to miss three games.

Baltimore enters Week 16 with a 7-7 record, one game behind the Pittsburgh Steelers for the AFC North division crown. Remember, the two longtime rivals square off at Acrisure Stadium in Week 18.

During a recent Ravens’ home game against the Cincinnati Bengals, the camera crew cut to a Baltimore digging his own ear in an awkward but hilarious scene:

Well, at least he made it on TV.

Obviously, the NFL expected better from Lamar Jackson’s squad when they scheduled them for plenty of prime-time clashes this year. Among the biggest flops: A 32-14 home loss to Joe Burrow’s Cincinnati Bengals on Thanksgiving.

At any rate, the Ravens can still make the postseason. But they have a daunting schedule ahead, starting with a ‘Sunday Night Football’ clash against the 11-3 New England Patriots tomorrow. After that, they’ll visit Jordan Love’s Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field before traveling to Pittsburgh in the finale.

If Lamar Jackson and Baltimore can win on Sunday, and if Pittsburgh can fall to the Detroit Lions at Ford Field tomorrow? It’s anybody’s division with two weeks remaining.
