NFL fans are threatening to boycott the Super Bowl after learning of Bad Bunny’s plans for the halftime show.

The reggaeton singer came under heavy criticism after the league and Jay-Z’s Roc Nation Sports selected him as the performer.

The selection led to widespread complaints about his songs being in Spanish.

His views on Donald Trump’s deportation drive also resurfaced. Bad Bunny had previously revealed he was staying away from the U.S. during his tour for fear of ICE using his shows to round up immigrants.

A Spanish teaser was released recently and did not go down well with fans

It’s since been revealed that the Puerto Rican plans to wear something controversial as part of his performance

One of his stylists told Radar Online the 31-year-old, whose real name is Benito Ocasio, will have a dress on.

“He loves controversy. Lives to push envelopes,” the stylist said.“He is 100 percent going to wear a dress. A political thunderbolt disguised as couture.”

Furthermore, one source claimed the dress is already being put together.

“He’s not playing it safe. The NFL has no idea what’s coming. Zero. Let them complain. The dress is already being sewn.”

Some fans on social media have said they will not be watching the game if that’s really the case.

“Same here. Boycotting hard. Bad Bunny can keep his dress and politics to himself! Super Bowl should be about football, not this woke nonsense,” one wrote.

“No one wants to watch that shit. It should be boycotted every year until they get rid of Jay Z organizing the half time entertainment,” a second commented.

Another user said, “I’m not watching this garbage.”

“yea no im not watching a grown man in a dress sing in spanish for an american sports halftime show,” one comment read.

The NFL has not commented on the report.
