Damar Hamlin went from having his life saved to trying to save others.
The Buffalo Bills’ safety has signed a marketing deal with Trojan Condoms. Hamlin, who briefly died on the field, is trying to save a lot of heartache for people engaging in sexual activities.
Hamlin has endured a challenging road back after a health-related collapse during a game in 2023 that required immediate and dramatic medical intervention. He has been one of the best stories over the last two years, returning to the field after suffering cardiac arrest against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Now, he wants to ensure that people are protecting their sexual organs when engaging in sexual activities.
Last week, Damar Hamlin announced on Instagram that he had partnered with Trojan Brand Condoms. Then came a commercial to bring it all together. The safety held a press conference that sounded like he was talking about a game. In reality, he was speaking about his performance in bed while being protected.

Damar Hamlin Had Very Little Time On The Field During The 2025 Season

The most notable part of Damar Hamlin’s 2025 was the massive back tattoo he got.
Unfortunately, the Buffalo Bills’ safety would see much action this past season, and that included the playoffs. Hamlin recorded just one lone tackle in five games this season. Even as the season ended, he was not medically cleared to play due to ongoing recovery and precautionary measures related to his prior cardiac incident.
Buffalo coach Sean McDermott and team officials reiterated that the decision is based on a medical standpoint, not performance or roster strategy.
Hopefully, Hamlin will be healthy enough to return to the field and play the game he loves. Last March, the Buffalo Bills and Hamlin agreed to terms on a one-year, $2 million deal in free agency.
