NFL fans are praying for legendary coach Bruce Arians following some worrying news.

Arians famously coached the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a Super Bowl win with Tom Brady under center. There were reports of tension between the two. Still, they had a very successful time together.

The 73-year-old is now set to undergo open-heart surgery.

Arians recently made an appearance on the ‘TODAY’ show to promote a Super Bowl commercial alongside Rob Gronkowski. Gronkowski also helped the Bucs win that Super Bowl under Arians.

The former head coach will have the surgery on February 6, two days before Super Bowl 60.

Arians, now a consultant with the Bucs, did not give any details.
