Madden 26 has released its simulation for Super Bowl 60 between the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots. And if their calculations are anything close to the real product, we’ll be in for an all-time classic
The Seahawks and Patriots will clash at Levi’s Stadium (home of the San Francisco 49ers) in Super Bowl 60. This is a rematch of Super Bowl 49, which New England won thanks to Malcolm Butler’s goal-line interception off of Russell Wilson in the waning seconds.
ESPN’s computer model picks Seattle to defeat New England in the big game. Now, what did the Madden 26 developers see when they took a peek into the crystal ball?
EA Sports released its simulation on Monday morning. Fittingly, the game simulated a finish awfully similar to the Seahawks-Patriots Super Bowl clash 11 years earlier.
They have Seattle winning 23-20, with Kenneth Walker III scoring the game-winning rushing touchdown in the waning seconds. Sam Darnold is their projected MVP, with 289 passing yards and three touchdowns:

Super Bowl 60: The “Unlikeliest” Big Game Matchup Ever

As noted by Ryan Butler, this year’s Super Bowl ranks as the “unlikeliest” in history based on preseason odds. The Seahawks and Patriots entered this season with odds of +6000 and +8000, respectively.
In fact, this is the second-least likely championship matchup among the major North American professional sports leagues, per Butler. No. 1? The Atlanta Braves (+20000) and Minnesota Twins (+8000) in the 1991 World Series.
One thing to monitor: Patriots quarterback Drake Maye is on the injury report with a shoulder injury. That certainly bears watching leading up to the big game, because New England will need him at his best against the NFL’s best defense.
