The New England Patriots are now used to Stefon Diggs’ pooping routine after nearly a year together.

The wide receiver has been key to the Pats’ resurgence over the last several months. And he’s headed to his first Super Bowl after the formation of a union bearing the markings of a match made in heaven.

Diggs was seen partying with celebrity girlfriend Cardi B after New England booked their ticket to the big game. Since then, a few locker room secrets have been divulged, including the reason he’s usually late to team meetings on Fridays.

According to head coach Mike Vrabel, the superstar wideout is either late or leaves the meeting after 20 to 25 minutes. In both instances, it’s because he has to take a dump.

The Boston Herald notes that Vrabel usually jokes that “Little buddy’s gotta take a poop.”

“Diggs is extremely regular, something you wouldn’t know unless you’re a regular inside Vrabel’s team meetings,” the outlet states. “In those meetings, you would learn “little buddy” is a nickname Vrabel gives just about every player, save for the linemen.”

The Herald adds that it’s the coach’s way of reminding everyone who’s boss. So even Drake Maye gets to be “little buddy” at times.

“Everybody gets it,” Pats receiver Pop Douglas was quoted as saying.

Vrabel and Diggs have quickly developed a great relationship. It’s gotten to the point where the coach can freely ask his WR to shut the F up.

The locker room chemistry has helped get the Patriots all the way to the Super Bowl, where Diggs may have more movements than usual.

After all, he’s never been here before.

Such nervy moments can leave a man highly incontinent. Hence, the toilets could play receiver a lot more than the team is used to.
