Mattress Mack Places Massive $2 Million Bet On Super Bowl 60

Houston furniture owner Mattress Mack is back at it again. Over the years, the furniture tycoon has placed a ton of notable bets that have gone viral. Not all of them have made him any richer. He famously put a $5 million bet on the Cincinnati Bengals to win Super Bowl LVI over the Los Angeles Rams. As we saw, the Rams won that game.
Mack also lost $500,000 during a brutal NFL Divisional round weekend. Not all goes badly for him. In 2022, he walked away with $10 million after the Astros won the World Series. It’s his biggest payout to date.
Fast forward to 2026, and he is back placing another staggering wager.
Mattress Mack Thinks Highly of The New England Patriots

Seven-figure bets on Super Bowl odds aren’t unheard of, especially when it comes to Mattress Mack.
McIngvale has placed a $2 million bet on the New England Patriots to defeat the Seattle Seahawks in the Super Bowl, according to ESPN. The wager, placed at Caesars, is the largest Super Bowl bet reported so far. McIngvale placed the wager before the AFC Championship Game against the Broncos, locking in +200 odds.
If New England wins the big game, that ticket will pay out $4 million.

The Houston furniture mogul’s wager is part of a strategic promotional model he has used for years. At his Gallery Furniture stores, customers who spend $4,000 or more on qualifying merchandise will be eligible for a full refund if the Patriots win on Sunday. In essence, that furniture sale acts as McIngvale’s hedge.
This has worked out well for him in the past. Not to mention, McIngvale also benefits from massive free advertising. More headlines means driving traffic to his stores.
The Patriots will face the Seahawks in Super Bowl LX on Feb. 8, at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.
